A recent auto accident had caused me a lower back injury so my wife and I were needing to purchase a new mattress since our three year old one was not providing the comfort and support that I was now in need of.

Disliking the idea of having to buy another mattress because of all of the different choices available under so many names and styles and not to mention the usual “high” pressure commission sales reps we have come in contact with over the years I just knew this was not going to be pleasant.

We were looking to buy an all Natural Latex Mattress and our research found that The Sleep Center offered a brand by Pure LatexBLISS. Having just retired from retail sales after 31 years and providing integrity, professionalism, and the best customer service possible it was so very nice to be on the receiving end for once.

Our sleep consultant, Brent Spaulding, was more then gacious and helpful even “after” the sale when a hiccup occurred with our mattress. With the utmost attention to detail he saw that the mattress was replaced in the most timely manner.

The Sleep Center should be proud of the excellent service and professionalism its staff provides to its customers. In this day and age of poor customer service, it is rare to find such a dedicated and professional individual who can provide complete and expedient customer satisfaction. This professionalism extended down to their delivery personnel as well. They were very courteous/professional; they called me prior to delivery to pinpoint delivery time and were right on schedule.

The Sleep Center exceeding this customers' expectations. Their personnel do such a good job in dealing with customers that is makes it easy for us to recommend them to our family and friends who are looking to purchase mattresses.

I visited The Sleep Center on June 9, 2006 for the second time, with the assistance of your staff I made a choice. Lucky for me they were able to deliver the mattress immediately. The delivery staff followed me home and set up the bed.

It was a pleasure to deal with all four of these young men. They were all very polite and helpful. I will definitely share my experience with everyone that is shopping for a mattress/bedding.

My choice of mattress has been a good one so far. I noticed an immediate restful night's sleep the first night.

I recently purchased a Sealy True Form King size mattress and box springs set at your Ocala store. I am totally satisfied with the product but even more pleased with the sales experience my wife and I encountered during our purchase. . .
