Worst delivery company in existence

The product is probably great, but Serta uses the worst delivery company known to humanity (RXO), and as a result I had to cancel my order. The delivery company only delivers on Mondays, a day on which I normally work, and I took today off (with great difficulty) to receive the foundation, only for RXO to call me 3 hours before the delivery window to tell me they have to reschedule it for two weeks from now. There was no possibility of resolution, because two weeks from now simply does not work for me, and they ultimately revealed that their delivery truck broke down (seriously?) and that they were fully scheduled already next Monday. Since they only deliver on Mondays for some bizarre reason, I had no choice but to cancel the order, as it will be months before I can take another Monday off. I'll buy a foundation from a local company that doesn't use RXO for deliveries. I don't hold this against Serta beyond the fact that they use RXO for deliveries, so be advised that the company that is delivering the product may or may not show up when they're supposed to, and does not care to do anything to resolve any problems that they create.

Horrible Horrible Horrible service. Mu box spring was delivered to a warehouse on Knoxville Tn then delivered to my home 3 weeks later. It took a month to get to us. Then I had to figure out how to get it upstairs. I am a 60 yr old woman who lives alone. The guys left it by the front door.
